The Fairy Princess is exactly what she sounds like, a princess in fairy land who loves to sing and dance with her friends. The sweet fairy princess looks after all the trees and flowers, birds, caterpillars and all the creatures of the bush land. She has lots and lots of interesting friends who like to spend time in her magical garden where the fairly princess does most of her work.
The Fairy Princesses pals are Pete the Friendly Pirate, Busby the Bee, the Bilbies, the Famous Pixies, her Fairy House, the Pirate Ship and Gazza Galah.
Pete the Friendly Pirate loves to go on adventures and most especially going on dives for buried treasure. He too likes to sing and dance. You’ll often find him on his Pirate Ship, the Good Ship Gum Nut, singing the Pirate Rap with his friendly crew.
Wilby and Silby Bilby live in fairy land across the creek from the fairy house in a place called Currajinalong. They also love music and Silby loves dancing and wants very much to be a Bilberina Star. Wilby is Silby’s older brother, he’s also called ‘Cheeky’ by his friends and he dreams of becoming a rock star along with his band, ‘Wilby and the Rockers.’
The Famous Pixies sounds just like a name for a rock group, and it is. The pixies are musicians who play the guitar, sing pixie songs, and dance pixie dances. They can be a little bit mischievous and often end up in trouble with the fairies for their tricks.
Most of the characters in Fairy land like singing, dancing and having fun parties. Often the Fairy Princess will have a fairy pajama party in her fairy house and invite all of her friends to stay the night. There’s never any worry because her house is always big enough to fit everyone.
